1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone placing an order, requesting a quote, or creating an account on LokFast. By using the site you agree to them.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices shown are live and can change with the steel index up to the point an order is confirmed. Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout; we confirm it once payment is received.

3. Weight & quantity tolerance

Foundation Bolts, Sag Rods, and Bracing Rods are milled to order — actual dispatched weight may vary by up to ±10kg per diameter from the ordered quantity. Your final invoice reflects actual weight.

4. Minimum order quantities

Some categories carry a mill MOQ per diameter, grade, and finish, shown at the time of ordering. Orders below MOQ may be held until enough volume accumulates, or asked to top up.

5. Payment

We accept Card, UPI, and Net Banking. For large orders we may offer an advance/balance split — full terms are shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts. Once material has been cut or forged for your order, cancellation may not be possible — see our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

This site, its pricing data, product catalogue, and content are provided for genuine purchasing purposes only. You may not scrape, systematically extract, or use automated means to collect our pricing or catalogue data; reproduce or republish our content, photography, or descriptions elsewhere; or reverse-engineer the site to build a competing service. We monitor for and may block automated or abusive access.

8. Intellectual property

The LokFast name, logo, site design, product descriptions, and technical drawings are the property of Lokhandwala Engineering Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are liable for the value of goods supplied, not for consequential delays or losses arising from project scheduling on your end.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
