1. What we collect

Name, company, phone number, email, GSTIN, delivery/billing addresses, and order history — only what's needed to process and deliver your order.

2. How we use it

To confirm orders, generate invoices, arrange delivery, send WhatsApp/email status updates, and — if you opt in — to remind you about reorders and standing pricing.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't share your phone number or GSTIN with other customers or with advertisers.

4. Payment data

Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting support. Some records (invoices, GST filings) must be retained per law even after account deletion.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and your cart intact. We don't use third-party ad-tracking cookies.

7. Website analytics

We measure how the site is used — pages opened, products viewed, and where people stop during checkout — so we can find and fix what isn't working. This runs on our own servers: there is no Google Analytics, no advertising network, and no third party receives any of it. It uses no cookie; a random identifier is held only for as long as your browser tab is open and cannot follow you to another site or another visit. If you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account so we can follow up on an unfinished order. We record which website you arrived from, but only its domain name, never the full address. Detailed records are deleted after 12 months; only anonymous daily totals are kept beyond that. To have your analytics history removed sooner, contact support.
