1. Chennai city & suburbs
We deliver directly to your project site gate. Delivery charge is ₹350 + ₹1/kg based on total order weight, shown live at checkout before you pay.
2. Everywhere else
Orders are dispatched to a transport company of your choice — you'll name the transporter and shed/depot location at checkout, and freight is payable directly to them (to-pay), not collected by us. Alternatively, arrange your own pickup from our Tamil Nadu facility at Ex Works pricing — goods only, no delivery charge.
3. Delivery windows
Estimated delivery timelines are shown on the Delivery ETA page and at checkout. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order confirmation.
4. Tracking
You'll receive automatic email updates at every production and delivery stage — Order Confirmed, In Production, Quality Check, Dispatched, Out for Delivery, Delivered.
5. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is confirmed against the receiving contact at site. Please ensure someone authorized is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
